目的探讨稀土元素镧对雄性小鼠睾丸组织和睾丸内酶活力的影响。方法用不同剂量(0、25、50、100μg/g)的镧溶液对小鼠进行灌胃,处理15 d后,观察睾丸的组织病理学变化,并分别测定睾丸内乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的活力。结果各染毒组小鼠睾丸组织结构不同程度地受损,尤其是间质细胞和精子大量减少;与对照组相比,染毒组小鼠睾丸LDH活力明显下降,而NOS和AKP的活力明显上升(P<0.05),ACP的活力变化不大(P>0.05)。结论镧染毒对雄性小鼠生殖腺具有一定的毒性作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of rare earth element lanthanum on the activity of testis and testis in male mice. Methods The mice were gavaged with lanthanum solution (0, 25, 50, 100μg / g) in different dosages for 15 days. The histopathological changes of testis were observed. The levels of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) , Nitric oxide synthase (NOS), acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity. Results Compared with the control group, the testicular tissue LDH activity of the exposed mice was significantly decreased, while the activity of NOS and AKP was significantly increased (P <0.05), while the activity of ACP did not change much (P> 0.05). Conclusion Lanthanum has some toxic effects on the gonads of male mice.
