大量生物学研究证明,细胞恶变时通常出现一些特征变化,如a-酸性糖蛋白和芳香族氨基酸在血清中的含量高于正常,肿瘤浸润或转移可引起羟脯氨酸代谢紊乱,导致其在血清中含量升高。癌变早期,虽然任何一种肿瘤标志物的变化都比较微小,不易被早期检测。但TSGF(苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、羟脯氨酸、a-酸性糖蛋白联合试剂盒)不是针对某个单一肿瘤标志物,而是联合检测苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、羟脯氨酸和a-酸性糖蛋白,使其共同显色,提高了检测的灵敏度和特异性。但是在实际工作中,部分医院重复使用比色杯,在检验过程中对检验结果否影响,为了证实在检验过程中的影响,现特对本院20份标本进行TSGF测试,以检测和评估重复使用的比色杯对TSGF测定的影响。
