为了适应素质教育的要求,促进学生的全面发展,教育部决定改变传统教育模式,创新教育理念,提高教育质量。这就对班主任的工作提出了新的要求。班主任作为学校与学生的中间人,有着非常重要的作用,可以说改革成功与否相当一部分原因取决于班主任。对新课改背景下班主任的管理工作展开讨论,提出做好高中班主任管理工作的有效措施,为提高班主任管理工作效率提供参考。
In order to meet the requirements of quality education and promote the all-round development of students, the Ministry of Education decided to change the traditional mode of education, innovate the concept of education and improve the quality of education. This put forward new requirements for the class teacher’s work. The class teacher has a very important role as an intermediary between schools and students. It can be said that a considerable part of the reform success depends on the class teacher.
