在老教学楼四楼教师办公室的墙壁上,贴有一句教育家乌申斯基说过的话:“任何章程和任何纲领,任何人为的管理机构,无论他们设想得多么精巧,都不能代替人格在教育事业中的作用。”这幅标语不知道是什么时候贴在墙上的,但自从我看到它开始,我一直被这句话感动着、激励着、鞭策着。所以,自从2014年8月18日晚高2016级17班建班以来,我就一直在兢兢业业地做着班主任的工作,虽然已不是第一次做这工作,但是却变得格外小心
