伊贝母主要靠种子繁殖。一般从种子播种到起收商品药材,需五年时间;而从种子播种到重新收到种子,则需四至五年时间。为缩短伊贝母商品周期、通过鳞茎横切、分瓣、分瓣纵切试验、探索伊贝母无性繁殖方法的可行性,对伊贝母生产发展具有一定的现实意义。一、试验材料与方法试验于1985年进行调查。试验材料来源于本所自产的五年生伊贝母鳞茎,选择无病虫害、无破伤的鳞茎做试验材料,其处理方法:
