目的:研制右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇速释缓释双层片并考察其体外释药特性。方法:分别制备2种不同处方的速释层和缓释层,压制速释缓释双层片,测定右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇的体外释放度。结果:右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇的累积释放度为:0.5h释放度为30%~40%,6h释放度为75%~85%,12h释放度大于90%,其释放行为可用一级方程拟合。结论:研制的右旋酮洛芬氨丁三醇双层缓释片制备工艺简单,具有明显的速释和缓释特性。
Objective: To develop dexketoprofen tromethamine immediate-release sustained-release bilayer tablets and study its in vitro release characteristics. METHODS: Two kinds of immediate release and sustained release layers of different prescriptions were prepared respectively. The sustained release sustained release tablets were pressed to determine the in vitro release of dexketoprofen trometamol. Results: The cumulative release of dexketoprofen trometamol was 30% ~ 40% at 0.5h, 75% ~ 85% at 6h, more than 90% at 12h, and its release behavior was Equations of the level.
