本文着重介绍了硅蓝光电池基本原理及其设计考虑.具体分析了影响硅蓝光电池短波长响应的主要因素,同时提出了改善短波长响应的可行方案。最后对元件制造工艺作了概要说明,并给出元件性能的测试结果。
In this paper, the basic principle and design considerations of Si-blue cells are introduced emphatically.The main factors that affect the short-wavelength response of Si-blue cells are analyzed in detail, and the feasible solutions to improve the short wavelength response are proposed. Finally, the component manufacturing process is outlined, and the test results of component performance are given.
