我院自1991年6月引进香港一洲有限公司WR-Ⅱ型微波热疗机,在治疗肿瘤的同时,用于治疗慢性外阴营养不良,取得了较满意的效果,报告如下。1.一般资料:32例患者除1例未婚外,其余均是已婚妇女,最小年龄13岁,最大63岁。2.治疗方法:采用WR-Ⅱ(915MHz)微波热疗机体表探头,根据病变面积的大小,分别采用直径160mm和方探头80mm×40mm的辐射器,距病变3cm～5cm。体表照射机器功率100～140W使局部白斑区温度达43℃,每次治疗30分钟,每隔72小时治疗1次,6～8次为1疗程。3.治疗结果判定:临床治愈:白斑区消失,搔痒症状消失。好转:白斑区缩小,搔痒症状消失。无效:
