国家广电总局把2005年确定为“农村服务年”。为更好地配合总局的中心工作,中国广播电视协会和浙江省海宁广播电视台联合举办“海宁潮·天通杯”广播电视农村服务年征文活动。应征论文围绕主题可以结合农村广播电视的改革发展和对农广播电视宣传各方面的工作展开论述。
