由于热水采暖较蒸汽采暖有许多优点,近几年来,我市相继有几个单位都把原有的卧式快装蒸汽锅炉改为热水锅炉使用。在进行锅炉安全监察和检验中,发现这方面存在不少问题,影响了锅炉的安全经济运行。笔者认为有必要指出这些问题,与同行们商榷。一、快装蒸汽锅炉改为热水锅炉存在的问题。一是未拆除锅筒内的汽水分离器、档板等,致使介质流动阻力增大。用户为了克服这些阻力,只好用加大循环水泵的扬程,以提高流动压头的方法来维持供暖的正常进行。二是进水管路安装不合理,形成偏流,造成热偏差。把汽炉改为水炉,通常都是把水循
