《化工劳动保护》第三届编委会暨发行站长工作会议于1991年12月23日至25日在泸州天然气化工厂召开。出席这次会议有来自24个企事业单位的32位编委、发行站长,四川省化工厅、泸州天然气化工厂领导到会祝贺。会议首先由《化工劳动保护》编委会主任委员、化工部劳动安全司副司长王培和同志致开幕词,他在讲话中指出:《化工劳动保护》杂志经过12年的努力,从刊物性质、装帧、出版形式、内在质量以及经济状况等方面,都充分显示出刊物日趋成熟,步入了
