随着高校收费制度的改革,招生规模的扩大,高校贫困生的数量不断增长、来源呈多样化,贫困生成为高校和社会所关注的特殊群体。在贫困生的认定、贫困生档案的建立、资助资金的筹集、贫困生管理教育的实践过程中还存在一些问题,本文通过查阅了大量的相关文献、问卷调查、专家访谈,并对掌握材料进行逐条梳理,系统分析,拟为高校贫困生资助管理工作提供理论指导。
With the reform of fee collection system in colleges and universities and the enlarging enrollment scale, the number of poor students in colleges and universities has been constantly increasing. The sources are diversified, and poor students are the special groups concerned by universities and the society. There are still some problems in the confirmation of the poor students, the establishment of the files of the poor students, the raising of the subsidized funds and the management of poor students. In this paper, by consulting a large number of relevant documents, questionnaires, expert interviews and mastering materials One by one combing, systematic analysis, intended to provide guidance for the financial management of poor students in colleges and universities.
