本文借助学习动机测量表对浙江电大开放教育学院的学员进行学习动机调查,经检验,问卷的信度和效度都令人满意。调查结果表明,成人学习者的学习动机主要倾向于认知内驱力(47.98%)和自我提高的内驱力(32.74%),在此基础上提出相应的教学措施以达到进一步激发、维持和强化学员学习动机的目的。
In this paper, we use the learning motivation measurement table to carry out a study motivation investigation on the students of Zhejiang Open University, and the results show that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are satisfactory. The survey results show that adult learners’ motivation to learn mainly focuses on cognitive drive (47.98%) and self-improvement (32.74%), on the basis of which the corresponding teaching measures are put forward to further stimulate, maintain and Enhance students’ motivation to learn.
