以16个主要黄瓜品种为试材,通过设定正常水分处理和干旱处理(正常水量的50%)的方法,研究了干旱对黄瓜成株期植株的形态、生理生化指标的影响,以期筛选出黄瓜耐旱性鉴定指标,为抗旱黄瓜品种的选育提供依据。结果表明:干旱处理对不同生态类型黄瓜的根干质量、地上部干质量、株高、丙二醛含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度及叶面积有显著影响,应用隶属函数值法对黄瓜抗旱性进行分析,得出根干质量是与耐旱性相关性最大的指标,并通过逐步回归建立总隶属函数值与根干质量的最优回归方程Y=0.575+0.417X,用此方程对供试材料进行预测,预测值与总隶属函数值基本一致。
Sixteen main cucumber cultivars were used as experimental materials to study the effects of drought on morphological and physiological and biochemical indexes of cucumber plants at adult stage by setting normal water treatment and drought treatment (50% of normal water) The index of drought tolerance of cucumber provides the basis for the breeding of drought-resistant cucumber varieties.
