电器用金属板的传统生产方法是铜铝闪光焊对焊或直接采用铜板压制,产品性能得不到保证,且耗费大量铜材。试验一种新的生产方法——将铜铝过渡板改为铝板单面或双面覆铜和将电器导体改为镀锌钢板单面或双面覆铜,采用爆炸焊接。结果表明,该方法工艺简单,产品性能稳定,可节约大量铜材。
The traditional method of producing metal plates for electrical appliances is brazing welding of copper and aluminum flash or directly pressing with copper plates, the performance of the products can not be guaranteed, and a large amount of copper is consumed. Test a new production method - the copper and aluminum transitional plate to aluminum single-sided or double-sided copper and electrical conductors to galvanized steel single-sided or double-sided copper, using explosion welding. The results show that the method has the advantages of simple process and stable product performance, which can save a large amount of copper materials.
