The reestablishment of the normal political and economic order favorable to the entire bourgeoisie after the U.S. civil war is the fundamental goal and starting point for the civil war and the post-war reconstruction. However, the policy of radical rebuilding by the Republican Party runs counter to the spirit of the bourgeois constitution. Its military control is very different from that of the bourgeois rule of law. It wrongly impeached the president and caused a major constitutional crisis that undermined the principle of the separation of the powers of the three bourgeoisie
