退休管理服务工作中,最重要的就是做好退休职工思想政治工作,作为一项系统工程,它有着自身的特性,比如政治性、政策性以及社会性等。随着中国经济社会的高速发展,如何抓好新形势下医院退休职工思想政治工作成为医院最为关注的话题,它不仅关系医院的全面、健康发展,还会影响社会主义和谐社会的构建。本文在分析现阶段医院退休职工思想政治工作存在的问题的基础上,针对这一问题提出了切实可行的措施,旨在做好医院退休职工思想政治工作,为医院的发展奠定坚实的基础。
Retirement management services, the most important thing is to do ideological and political work for retired workers, as a systematic project, it has its own characteristics, such as political, policy and social and so on. With the rapid economic and social development in China, how to grasp well the ideological and political work for retired staff in hospitals under the new situation has become the most concerned topic in the hospital. It not only affects the overall and healthy development of the hospital, but also affects the building of a harmonious socialist society. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the ideological and political work of retired staff in the hospital at present, this paper puts forward practical measures to solve this problem. The aim is to do well the ideological and political work for retired staff in hospital and lay a solid foundation for the development of the hospital.
