随着时代的不断进步,公交运输行业成为一个城市的缩写,职工的职业技能、安全意识、服务水平,直接影响到居民的生活。提升企业的服务水平前提是要提升职工的思想政治水平,加强公交企业的思想政治工作,保障公交企业的各项工作能够顺利的开展。在文中分析了青年公交司机的特征表现,在此基础上探讨如何开展青年公交司机的思想政治教育工作。
With the continuous improvement of the times, the bus transportation industry has become an abbreviation of a city. The occupational skills, safety awareness and service level of the staff and workers directly affect the life of the residents. The premise for upgrading the service level of enterprises is to enhance the ideological and political level of staff and workers, strengthen the ideological and political work of bus enterprises, and ensure that all work of public businesses can be carried out smoothly. In this paper, the characteristics of young bus drivers are analyzed, and on this basis, how to carry out the ideological and political education of young bus drivers.
