1988年底,我公司承建的312国道38km高等级路面工程,路面为双向共宽18m,厚24cm的水泥混凝土结构,采用德国V6GELE公司标准型轨道式水泥混凝土摊铺机。该机工作宽度3～4.5m,最大摊铺厚度30cm,工作速度50～60m/h,主要由布料机、铺筑机和抹平机三部分组成。每部分都独立地架设在模板轨道上,共配有两台19kW的柴油发动机,钢轮驱动前进或后退,2～3人操作。具有布料、预平整、振实、抹平4种功能。
By the end of 1988, our company constructed 312 national highway 38km high-grade pavement project. The pavement is a cement concrete structure with a width of 18cm and a thickness of 24cm in both directions. The standard V6GELE track cement concrete paver of Germany is used. The machine working width of 3 ~ 4.5m, the maximum paving thickness of 30cm, working speed of 50 ~ 60m / h, mainly by the cloth machine, paving machine and trowel three parts. Each part is erected independently on a stencil rail, equipped with two 19 kW diesel engines, driven forward or backward by a steel wheel and operated by 2 or 3 people. With fabric, pre-formed, solid, smooth 4 kinds of functions.
