本文从动物实验研究证实,注入胰岛素防腐剂酚和甘油后,立即注射药理剂量肾上腺素而引起室颤(猝死)。 全部动物以心电图Ⅱ导观察。分为四组:第一组狗分别在接受下列6类药物后注入肾上腺素(25μg/kg,以后剂量同此)。这6类药物为:(A)商品胰岛素U-40(含防腐剂酚和甘油)16U/kg约8ml(以下剂量同此);(B)含结晶胰岛素溶液;(C)安瓶装胰岛素U-40,其中胰岛素已被灭活;(D)0.2%酚和0.15%NaCl各4ml;
Animal experiments in this study confirmed that the injection of insulin preservatives phenol and glycerol, the immediate injection of pharmacological doses of epinephrine caused by ventricular fibrillation (sudden death).
