冠心无忧片是治疗冠心病的一种新的中药成药,系黄杨碱制剂,由杭州空军医院药局生产。患者服用后取得了一定疗效,仅少数人感到足麻木,胃纳差,便秘等。我院1989年8月收住1例服用此药2yr后引起纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血伴肾功能损害,报告如下。患者女,45yr,诊断冠心病于1987年4月开始服用冠心无忧片2片,tid。初服2d后出现纳差,恶心等消化道反应,对症处理后症状减轻,3mo后心慌、胸闷、心前区痛减轻。持续服用至1989年5月,出现全身乏力、脸色苍白,时有脸及
