报告16例18眼儿童马方综合征晶状体半脱位的手术治疗。术前视力0．08以下者10眼占55．56％，0．1者8眼占44．44％。采取晶状体摘出和四点固定法植入人工晶状体。随访1－6年，矫正视力0．5至0．7者12眼占66．7％，最佳达0．8以上6眼占33．3％。未发现视网膜脱离等并发症。术前应做详细检查，严密手术设计，确保手术成功。
Report of 16 cases of 18 children with Marfan syndrome, subluxation of lens surgery. Preoperative visual acuity less than 0.08 accounted for 55.56% of 10 eyes, 0.1 eyes accounted for 44.44% of 8 eyes. Take the lens extraction and four-point fixation of intraocular lens implantation. Follow-up 1-6 years, corrected visual acuity of 0.5 to 0.7 in 12 eyes accounted for 66.7%, the best up to 0.8 more than 6 accounted for 33.3%. No complications such as retinal detachment were found. Preoperative examination should be done in detail, rigorous surgical design to ensure the success of surgery.
