为明确扁桃体组织形态学变化及其与功能的关系，利用图像分析仪，对80例不同病史扁桃体中淋巴滤泡的相对面积及其中明区和暗区的比例进行观察。发现影响扁桃体结构形态变化的主要因素为年龄，而炎症的发病次数对扁桃体的形态学变化影响不大。可以推测，年龄因素为影响扁桃体免疫状态的主要因素，叶扁桃体切除术手术指征的判定有一定临床意义。
In order to clarify the histological changes of tonsil and its relationship with function, the relative area of lymphatic follicles in 80 patients with different history of tonsil and the ratio of their mid-area and dark area were observed by image analyzer. Found that the main factor affecting the changes in the shape of tonsil structure is age, and the incidence of inflammation on the tonsil morphological changes have little effect. It can be speculated that the age factor is the main factor affecting the immune status of tonsils, leaf tonsillectomy surgery indications have some clinical significance.
