高等教育发展速度逐步加快,高校在发展自身教育教学活动的过程中,加强扩招和规模建设。对发展中的高校来说,资金是关键,同时也是最为核心的部分。就当前高校资金的使用状况与管理模式来看,在一定程度上已经限制高校的发展,致使高校发展与资金需求量自检存在较大的矛盾。基于此,加强高校资金管理具有一定的必要性。本文就高校资金管理存在的主要问题进行简单分析,并针对其采取相应的对策。
The pace of development of higher education is gradually accelerating. In the process of developing their own education and teaching activities, colleges and universities should step up enrollment and scale construction. For developing universities, funding is the key and the most central part. As far as the current use and management of university funds are concerned, the development of colleges and universities has been limited to a certain extent, resulting in a large contradiction between the development of colleges and the self-inspection of capital demand. Based on this, it is necessary to strengthen fund management in colleges and universities. This article makes a simple analysis of the main problems in the management of university funds and takes countermeasures accordingly.
