我积几十年班主任工作的经验,认为具备爱心、细心、责任心等三心是做好后进生转化工作的关键。爱心——转变了他! 我教过一个学生,名叫方方。长辈宠他,他自己毫无约束,上课伸舌头、玩手、玩东西、唱歌、怪叫,下课砸粉笔、翻墙头,几乎每天都犯错误。有的老师说他“太犯嫌”,有的同学叫他“神经病”。而对如此好动的后进生,我拼命地在他身上找“闪光点”。因为“闪光点”是后进生进步的无价宝。我表扬他做得好的地方(如上课发言快),并创造条件发扬
