中国建筑学会施工学术委员会技术咨询服务部于1987年7月在北京成立,它将为全国各建设单位和建筑企业服务。服务内容有工程项目前期工作的技术服务及工程项目管理,施工方案设计、施工组织设计的编审,工程项目概预算的编审,土层锚杆、气压焊接等专项技术服务和大模板建筑、高层滑模、无粘结预应力混凝土等成套技术服务,混凝土构件厂技术改造与技术管理,机电安装技术指导,工程质量事故分析与处理,接受委托组织科技成果鉴定
The Technical Advisory Service Department of the China Architectural Society Construction Academic Committee was established in Beijing in July 1987. It will serve all construction units and construction companies across the country. Services include technical services and engineering project management for pre-project work, review of construction plan design, construction organization design, review and approval of project budgets, special technical services such as soil anchors and pressure welding, and large-scale construction and high-level slides. Complete sets of technical services such as moulds, unbonded prestressed concrete, technical transformation and technical management of concrete component plants, technical guidance for electromechanical installation, analysis and treatment of project quality accidents, acceptance of commissioned organization of scientific and technological achievements
