第一汽车制造厂热处理厂采用的精铸耐热钢夹具材料,现已全部由3Cr25Ni25Si2改为3Gr25Ni10SiNRE,其组成百分比如下表: 该材料属于铬镍氮系耐热钢。它是在3Cr24Ni7SiN耐热钢牌号的基础上发展起来的。适当提高铬、镍含量可有效地减少耐热钢铁素体的产生。加入N代替N_i,可大幅度降低耐热钢成本和提高抗热性。另外,加入稀土后,有效地提高了耐热钢的铸造性能,降低了铸造缺陷的产生,使铸件废品率由原60%降到接近零,同时提高了耐热钢夹具的使用寿命。
