在三年的课改进程中,作为校长,一直在考虑如何使学校工作适应课改的要求。怎样用课改的思路,去营造全校课改氛围;怎样用课改的理念,去审视学校各项工作;又用怎样的方法,真正实现学校的民主管理,是课改以来思考比较多的问题。课程改革的根本是要树立新的人本主义观念,在教育终身化的理念指引下,着眼于学生的全人、全程、全面发展。让学生在生动、活泼的氛围之中学习,使学生具有健全的人格和可持续发展的能力,为他们终身学习打下良好基础。作为校长要抓住课程改革这个显著特点,最大限度地释放教师的创新能量,使全体教职工在主动发展、生动活泼的氛围之中工作、成长,不断增强学校的凝聚力和可持续发展的动力。课改以来,南山区教育局推行了四节活动作为校本课程来开发,在四节的活动中真正为每个学生搭建展示自我的平台,老师、家长、学生共同参与,共同享受课改带来的乐趣。学校课程,包括国家课程、地方课程和校本课

The fundamental of curriculum reform is to establish a new concept of humanism. Under the guidance of the concept of lifelong education, we should focus on the students’ whole person, the whole process and all-round development. Let students learn in a lively and lively atmosphere, so that students have a sound personality and sustainable development ability, lay a good foundation for their lifelong learning. As the principal, we should seize the salient features of the curriculum reform to maximize the release of teachers’ innovative energy so that all faculty members can work and grow in a proactive, lively and lively atmosphere and continuously enhance the cohesion and sustainability of the school. Since the curriculum reform, Nanshan District Board of Education implemented four activities as a school-based curriculum to develop, in the four activities in the real platform for each student to build self-display, teachers, parents, students to participate together to enjoy the lessons brought fun of.
