表面扩散渗铝形成的β-NiAl涂层表面注入Mg+1×1017/cm2后,在1000℃空气中恒温氧化25h,涂层的氧化增重速率有所增加,这是由于注Mg的β—NiAl涂层表面形成了Al2O3氧化物“瘤”,长时间氧化后氧化物“瘤”周围及“瘤”本身发生开裂,引起涂层内氧化。
After the surface of the β-NiAl coating formed by surface diffusion aluminizing is injected with Mg + 1 × 10 17 / cm 2, it is oxidized at 1000 ℃ for 25 h in the air. The rate of oxidation and weight increase of the coating is increased. Layer formed on the surface of the Al2O3 oxide “tumor” after a long period of oxidation oxide “tumor” around and “tumor” itself cracking occurs, causing oxidation within the coating.
