目的探讨看图对话工具在老年糖尿病患者健康教育中的效果。方法采用非同期临床对照研究的方法,164例老年糖尿病患者分别采用传统的健康教育讲座方式和看图对话方式进行健康教育。比较两组的学习兴趣、糖尿病健康知识掌握程度。结果两组的学习兴趣、健康知识掌握程度有显著差异(均P﹤0.01)。结论看图对话工具是一种对老年糖尿病患者行之有效的健康教育方法。“,” Objective: To explore the effect of conversation tools in health education for elderly patients with diabetes. Methods: by non-synchronous methods clinical control study,164diabetic patients were divided into traditional group and picture group equal y.In traditional group,routine lectures about diabets was provided,while in picture group,the picture description of diabetes was applied.Patients’ knowledge of diabets and learning interest of two groups were compared .Results: the difference in learning interestand health knowledge of two groups was statistical y significant ( P﹤ 0.01 ). Conclusion: Conversation map tool is an effective method of health education for elderly patients with diabetes.
