目的:研究城镇职工基本医疗保险参保的住院患者医保支付意愿现状及相关因素分析。方法 :选取1006例城镇职工参保者作为研究对象,比较资料及多因素logistic回归模型分析参保者医保支付意愿及相关因素。结果:调查分析可得,1006例研究者中有889(88.36%)例愿意购买城镇职工基本医疗保险,其中有117(11.63%)例不自愿购买医保;经非条件多因素logistic回归分析可得,年龄、家庭人均收入、文化程度、自评健康状况、是否参与其他医保为医保支付意愿的影响因素
Objective: To study the current situation and related factors of inpatient medical insurance willingness to pay for basic medical insurance for urban workers. Methods: A total of 1006 urban employees participating in the study were selected as research subjects. Multivariate logistic regression models were used to analyze participants’ WTP and related factors. Results: According to the investigation and analysis, 889 (88.36%) of the 1006 researchers were willing to buy the basic medical insurance for urban workers, of which 117 (11.63%) did not voluntarily purchase medical insurance; the non-conditional multivariate logistic regression analysis , Age, family income per capita, educational level, self-rated health status, whether or not to participate in other health insurance will affect the willingness to pay for medical insurance
