在十二届全国人大四次会议上,除了审议各项报告外,还有一个议题备受代表关注,那就是审议慈善法草案。针对社会各界普遍关注的慈善事业发展中的问题,代表们对这部法律草案进行了认真审议。大家一致认为,慈善法草案深入贯彻中国特色社会主义法治精神,充分体现党对发展慈善事业的重要主张和人民意愿,准确把握社会发展客观规律,立法思路清晰,法律规定明确,内容全面详实。制定我国慈善制度建设的首部基础
At the Fourth Session of the 12th NPC, apart from examining various reports, there was an issue of concern to the delegates, that is, to scrutinize the draft charity law. In response to the widespread concern in charity in the community, delegates carefully scrutinized the draft law. All agreed that the draft charity law thoroughly implements the spirit of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, fully reflects the party’s important stand on the development of philanthropy and the will of the people, grasps the objective laws of social development accurately, and has a clear legislative concept with clear legal provisions and comprehensive and detailed contents. Formulate the First Foundation for the Establishment of China’s Charitable System
