对酸性染料直接滴定法作了改进。依此改进的方法测定了硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液含量。模拟配方和标准加入平均回收率为100.4％;相对标准偏差分别为0.64％（n=6）和0.70％（n=7）.
The direct titration of acid dyes has been improved. According to the improved method, the content of pilocarpine nitrate eye drops was determined. The average recovery of simulated formula and standard was 100.4%. The relative standard deviations were 0.64% (n = 6) and 0.70% (n = 7), respectively.
