陕西作为丝绸之路经济带建设新起点,有着重要战略意义。在丝绸之路经济带建设中,陕西要充分发挥历史传统、地域、科技、教育等优势,起到桥头堡作用。各种优势发挥离不开法律引导和贯彻执行,国家和陕西地方应该通过科学立法,促进丝绸之路经济带建设,通过严格执法,切实落实相关法律制度实施。本文分析丝绸之路经济带新起点的法制保障对策。
As a new starting point for the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt, Shaanxi has an important strategic significance. In the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt, Shaanxi should play its role as a bridgehead by giving full play to its advantages of historical tradition, geography, science and technology and education. Various advantages can not be exerted without the guidance and enforcement of laws. The state and Shaanxi should promote the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt through scientific and legislative measures and strictly implement the relevant laws and regulations through strict law enforcement. This article analyzes the legal protection countermeasures of the new starting point of Silk Road Economic Belt.
