用饱和漂白粉溶液前处理枇杷茎尖40分钟,对防止茎尖变褐,效果十分明显。适当增加接种茎尖的长度对提高茎尖成活率起到很好的作用。外源激素以6-BA 1.0mg/l和NAA 0.5mg/l组成的MS培养基可大大提高成活率和萌动率。
