The history of wine has been for millennia. In the Babylonian monuments dating back more than 8,000 years ago, there is a pattern depicting the process of making wine. The earliest Chinese character, Oracle, also has this “wine”, which shows that it has a very close relationship with the ancients’ life. The textual research thinks that the traditional Chinese character of “medicine” is from “unitary”, which is the evidence that wine is used to cure diseases. However, some foreign doctors assert that wine is “the earliest human medicine,” it is a bit exaggerated. Imagine that mankind has been born for millions of years, and the appearance of wine is very late. Before our wine was invented, our ancestors did not know how to prevent and treat diseases. Of course not.
