本案位于伊斯坦布尔,来自当地的OSO Architecture设计团队为D&R公司在此打造了一间新的总部办公室。项目总建筑面积为2.200平方米。该办公室由190名员工组成,整个区域的办公场所被规划分布在三个不同的楼层。按照客户高度紧凑的设计需求,这一空间最终被设计成一个开放式的办公场所,以缓和高强度的工作氛围,并为员工创建更多可以直接访问的功能区。D&R公司的主要业务是销售文化、艺术和娱乐概念产品,除了销售各种书籍和音乐产品,电子设备和玩具类另外需要在商店以及互联网平台上进行销售。
The case is located in Istanbul and the local OSO Architecture design team created a new headquarters office for D & R. The total construction area of the project is 2.200 square meters. The office is made up of 190 employees and the entire area is planned to be spread over three different floors. In keeping with customers’ highly compact design requirements, this space was eventually designed as an open office space to ease the intense work environment and create more direct-access ribbons for employees. D & R’s main business is the sale of cultural, art and entertainment concept products, in addition to selling a variety of books and music products, electronic devices and toys in addition to the need to sell in stores and the Internet platform.
