本文就生产资料所有制的几个基本理论问题进行了探讨。作者认为生产资料所有制是个独立的经济范畴,不能同生产关系的总和等同起来,但又不能仅仅归结为生产资料归谁所有,要从社会再生产过程的各个环节加以把握。文章还对作为经济范畴的经营方式和生产资料所有制结构,所有权和经营权分离的一般条件,以及我国社会主义社会以公有制为主体、(?)所有制形式同时并存的生产资料所有制结构及其存在和发展的物质基础,进行了探讨;并且结合我国社会主义建设的实际,分析了生产资料所有制结构同经济体制改革、商品经济发展和对外开放的关系,说明研究生产资料所有制结构具有重大理论意义和实际意义。
