中央政治局决定今年9月在北京召开十六届四中全会。会议的主要议程是,中央政治局向中央委员会报告工作,研究加强党的执政能力建设问题。政治局事先宣布这一议题,显示了党中央决策的透明度,也使加强党的执政能力建设问题立刻成为全党和全国人民关注的焦点。
The Central Political Bureau decided to hold the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee in Beijing in September this year. The main agenda of the meeting is that the Central Political Bureau reports to the Central Committee and studies how to strengthen the building of the party’s ability to govern.
