目的研究中药复方制剂活血通脉片HXTMT对急性血瘀证SD大鼠血液流变学及红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法用HXTMT混悬液给SD大鼠灌胃1wk后,于第8d晨建成血瘀实验模型,并采血测定血液流变学及红细胞免疫功能的各项指标。结果HXTMT能明显降低瘀血大鼠的全血粘度ηb、血浆粘度ηp、纤维蛋白原FibP0.01及红细胞比容HCTP0.05;提高瘀血大鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率E-C3bRR,降低红细胞免疫复合物花环率E-ICRP0.05;增强血清红细胞免疫粘附促进因子RFER的活性,并使其抑制因子RFIR的活性减弱P0.05。结论HXTMT不仅能改善血液流变性,而且具有活血化瘀作用及促进红细胞免疫功能的作用。
Objective To study the effect of Huoxue Tongmai Tablet (HXTMT), a traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation, on hemorheology and red blood cell immune function of SD rats with acute blood stasis syndrome. Methods The SD rats were intragastrically administered with HXTMT suspension for 1 week. The experimental model of blood stasis was established on the 8th morning, and blood was collected to determine the indexes of hemorheology and red blood cell immune function. Results HXTMT significantly reduced blood viscosity ηb, plasma viscosity ηp, fibrinogen FibP0.01 and hematocrit HCTP0.05 in rats with blood stasis; improved red blood cell C3b receptor rosette rate E-C3bRR in red blood cells, reduced red blood cells The immune complex rosette rate E-ICRP0.05; enhance the activity of serum RBC immune adhesion promoting factor RFER, and reduce the inhibitor RFIR activity P0.05. Conclusion HXTMT can not only improve the blood rheology, but also has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and promoting the immune function of red blood cells.
