传统的细胞色素C制剂方法,是在含有细胞色素C的水溶液中加入各种抗氧剂,装入安瓿制成水针或冻干针。由于使用细胞色素C注射剂存在着限于静脉或肌肉注射;维持血中有效浓度较困难等缺点,近来对其颗粒剂、片剂等口服剂制剂方法的研究逐渐增多。昭和46年(1971)特许公报第8716号发表了使用凝胶作为稳定剂的固体制剂及其制法。这样制法,是将细胞色素C和明胶的混合水溶液凝胶化,然后滴落在液体石腊中,过滤,用丙酮清洗后减压干燥;或在丙酮蒸汽中喷雾成型,再回收干
