1974年 Lawrence 等首次应用胎儿镜。其临床用途有二:观察胎儿体表外貌和采取脐血、皮肤和肝组织标本,以助诊先天性异常疾病。本文报道4例用胎儿镜诊断 Majewsk(M)和 Saldino-Noonan(S-N)型短肋——多指趾综合征。典型病例(例_(2A))介绍:22岁,既往曾娩出 M 综合征双胎。此次妊娠17周,局麻下经胎儿镜可见羊水清晰,胎儿有中线唇裂,3个肢体皆7个指趾,第4个肢体有8个指趾,并见一侧胫骨变短,立即终止妊娠,证实为 M综合征。讨论:胎儿镜本身可引起10%不可避免性流产,这种检查仅适用于有再次娩出严重畸形胎盘高度风险的产前诊断。M 和 S-N 型短肋——多指趾综
