由美国“金属粉末工业协会”(MPIF)和美国粉末冶金学会(APMI)负责筹办的“1988年国际粉末冶金学术会议及展览”于6月6日至10日在美国佛罗里达州奧兰多市召开。据称有40个国家与地区的2500名代表参加了会议,盛况空前。我国(不包括台湾省)代表11人出席了会议。 会议在三个上午组织了题为“世界工业发展动向”的报告会。由美国及加拿大、欧州、英国、西德、意大利、斯堪的那维亚、比利时、荷兰及卢森堡、法国、南朝鲜、日本、中国、印度、苏联、澳大利亚等国和地区的代表介绍了各自粉末冶金工业的发展情况。 会议论文237篇,分为46个主题,在63个报告会上宣读,内容十分广泛。另有张贴报告35篇。其中超过
The 1988 International Powder Metallurgical Symposium and Exhibition organized by the United States “Metal Powder Industry Association” (MPIF) and the American Society for Powder Metallurgy (APMI) was held in Orlando, Florida from June 6 to June 10 . The 2500 delegates from 40 countries and regions are said to have attended the conference unprecedentedly. 11 representatives from China (excluding Taiwan Province) attended the meeting. The conference organized a briefing entitled “World Industrial Development Trends” in three mornings. Representatives from the United States and Canada, the European countries, the United Kingdom, West Germany, Scandinavia, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, France, South Korea, Japan, China, India, the Soviet Union, Australia and other countries and regions introduced Powder metallurgy industry development.
