根据田间试验的基本原理和正交表的性质,提供了用正交表进行良种良法配套的多因子试验的二种有效的设计和分析方法:1、当预计试验中因子间交互作用不大时,可用同一正交表的试验方案进行随机完全区组设计的区域试验。在汇总分析区域试验结果时,应矫正不同试点土壤肥力不一致的影响,以便更精确地评价各试验因子主效,达到在优选品种的同时,也查明了发挥品种生产潜力的相应主要栽培条件。2、当预计试验中因子间存在明显的交互作用时,可用相应的大正交表安排试验方案,进行随机不完全区组的区域试验。注意在表头设计中,对需要考察的主效和互作效应必须各占有独立的列号,这样在汇总分析时,不但查明品种在不同试点的适应性,而且能分析不同品种对栽培条件的特殊要求。
According to the basic principle of field experiment and the properties of orthogonal table, we provide two effective design and analysis methods of multi-factor experiment of orthogonal planting table: 1.
