“古文难学”,是许多中学生的反映。现在的中学生遭逢林彪、“四人帮”的文化专制主义与愚民政策,文化基础很差,史地知识贫乏,很多人对我国古代社会的文化,可说是漆黑一团;有些人甚至是不识元、明、清,罔论秦、汉、唐。加上古文在语言上有障碍,更使他们视学习古文为畏途,不少人是消极、被动地“听”课;个别学生竟然把古文说成“第二外国语”,情愿放弃。但是,客观要求必须让学生学好古文。这不仅因为古文在中学语文课中占有相当比重,而且因为
