以多绳摩擦式提升机实际工况下的力学理论为基础,通过ANSYS WORKBENCH建立了提升机主轴的有限元模型。主要分析了主轴在正常载荷和2种非常载荷下的等效应力和应变,从而找出主轴的危险截面所在之处,为多绳摩擦式提升机主轴的设计和计算提供了新的理论依据。
Based on the mechanics theory of multi-rope friction hoist under actual working conditions, the finite element model of hoist spindle was established by ANSYS WORKBENCH. This paper mainly analyzes the equivalent stress and strain of the main shaft under normal load and two kinds of extraordinary loads so as to find out where the dangerous section of the main shaft is located and provides a new theoretical basis for the design and calculation of the main shaft of the multi-rope friction hoist.
