直立调节障碍综合征是由于小儿植物神经发育不完善,调节不稳定造成的一种综合征。以学龄期儿童多见。本病在国外报道较多,目前国内报道尚少,现将我院收治1例报告如下。患儿男性,11岁。因起床后头晕、恶心、站立不稳来就诊,以头晕待查,心肌炎?于1988年11月15日收住院。查体:体温36℃,脉搏79次/分。神清,面色苍白。双眼球无震颤,颈软,两肺听诊正常。心率79次/分,律齐,心音较低钝,无杂音。血常规,血糖、脑电图均正常。直立试验:患儿直立不到7分钟即不能支持,欲倒,大汗淋漓。直立前血压13/9.1kPa(100/70mmHg)直立后9.1/6.5kPa(70/50mmHg),
