天高集团是广东省江西商会会长单位,创立于1992年,目前已形成了以资源产业为主体、以资本运营为纽带暨矿业开发、冶金贸易与物流、土工新材、房地产开发四大业务体系,同时并投资了房地产、智能交通、钢铁、金融、医药等领域。集团旗下现有16家全资或控股公司、6家参股企业,总资产达40亿元,2012年销售收入超过60亿元。集团旗下累计控制矿产资源潜在总价值达1000亿元以上,初步形成了国内以广东黑色金属为主、江西有色和贵金属为主的两大矿业基地、四大生产基地。
Founded in 1992, Tiangeng Group is the headquarter unit of Jiangxi Chamber of Commerce in Guangdong Province. At present, Tiangeng Group has formed a series of business operations focusing on resource industry as its mainstay, capital operation as its link and its four major businesses of mining development, metallurgical trade and logistics, geotechnical new materials and real estate development System, at the same time and invest in real estate, intelligent transportation, steel, finance, medicine and other fields. The group now has 16 wholly-owned or holding companies and 6 participating companies with total assets of 4 billion yuan. In 2012, the sales revenue exceeded 6 billion yuan. The cumulative total value of the Group’s mineral resources under control has reached over 100 billion yuan, initially forming two major mining bases and four production bases in Guangdong, mainly ferrous metals in Guangdong and nonferrous metals and precious metals in Jiangxi.
