粮食在世界经济中的作用。居民饮食质量是体现社会福利水平的最重要物质生活条件之一。虽然随着生产力的增长,食品在居民总需要中的比重不断缩小,但是这个比重在绝对量上还是很大的。
The Role of Food in the World Economy. The quality of residents’ diet is one of the most important material and living conditions that reflects the level of social welfare. Although the share of food in the total population of residents has been steadily shrinking with the growth of productivity, the proportion is still huge in absolute terms.
