5月17日,以文物类图书为主题的“陕西文物图书中心”在西安碑林博物馆建成开放。该中心存藏以线装图书、平装图书、过报过刊等为主,总藏量居陕西文物系统前列。“陕西文物图书中心”依托于本馆分别建于20世纪30年代和50年代的两座二层小楼建成,书库面积700余平方米,由古籍、普通、过刊过报书库和阅览室、采编室、古籍修复室等组成。该中心图书存藏总量达到15万余册。它的建成开放,为陕西省文物事业的发展,提供了一个良好的资料平台。
